Development Orchestra Spring Concert 2023
NYOS Development Orchestra perform Grieg’s much-loved Piano Concerto in A Minor, with the exceptional young Scottish pianist Ethan Loch, a BBC Young Musician finalist 2022.
This spring season will also see the NYOS Development Orchestra perform Errollyn Wallen’s 'Mighty River.' This powerful and thought-provoking piece combines spirituals and contemporary classical techniques to explore themes of slavery and freedom.
We welcome Natalia Luis-Bassa as conductor in residence in 2023. Natalia is a dynamic conductor and passionate advocate for young musicians.
